I admit I needed to move these boys about a mile to a new pasture yesterday and I didn't even get out of the truck. I'm guessing the mustang had been parrelli'd some, enough that when someone goes to catch him he likes to trot in a little circle around them a few times regardless of the amount of open space available. Mostly I ignore him and then he will come right up and request some attention.

He does have a healthy sense of curiosity so it was easy to "lead" him with the truck, no bribes involved. It was a lot faster than walking and the critters seemed amused with a good gallop. Little mustang is one of my more skeptical about people critters, he isn't usually the first to come up and visit. He prefers to charge over to look and then snort and prance and carry on like people might eat him.
