Is it a liquid bubble? Or some sort of flesh material?

If the latter then it could be a persistent hymen or else even a uterine prolapse.  Unusual considering age etc, but possible. Its is a veterinary emergency if that's the case.

I've a photo of a sheep with a prolapse on my phone because I recently had to send it to my vet.   But you'll probably find something on line.
