oh how I love that I just know I'm going to have to go through this with my horse next year.

Thankfully I won't be selling him, but will be putting him up for lease while I'm at college. He'll have to stay at my barn and the leasee will be required to take lessons there at least once a week or else they can take their business else where, but I don't have a push-button horse....I have a six year old gelding who needs to be told who's boss and if you don't ride him or ride him incorectly, good luck getting his nose out of the air, the correct leads out of him, and any sort of nice ride. He's not pushy or rude, but he's still a 'baby' when it comes to his training.

although if all goes well somebody from my barn will lease him so if that goes well and they're capable of riding him (I will want to supervise them riding him in a lesson with one of the trainers at my barn before agreeing) I won't have to take it to posting ads but....meh. scared to put my baby out in the big bad world! hahah.
