Twirl is a really dumb name for what once was a majorette - it's the girls that "twirl" baton's. Glittery, sequined spandex and all. Hard for me to relate, at her age I was with my horses every spare moment, no time for anything else.

They've done minimal fund raising, a couple car washes over the summer and are now selling entertainment books. Hubby is checking into the VW parts and repair shop he does web work for sponsoring her to help.

Selah Cowgirl - I'm thinking she was too shy to say no and presented it to me as "having" to buy a water bottle. She's not great at standing up for herself. That's why when she called because she hadn't got the change from the water so she could by dinner I told her I wouldn't bail her out, she had to get her change to eat... and she did.

Had a talk with her last night, unfortunately she claims to love it (either that or is too embarrassed to admit it's not going as well). I'll continue to poke her with a stick, so to speak, that usually brings out her true feelings eventually. Unless and until that happens I guess we're screwed.
