I believe.

I used to do the whole Arizona racing circuit. I don't remember how old I was exactly, but under 21 since I couldn't go to the bar with my friend. When the Douglas fair meet came around, we stayed the first night at a cheap Motel 6 or something like that. The second night, some guys from the track said they were staying at a nice hotel, the Gadsden Hotel. They told us how it was famous for Pancho Villa riding his horse up the marble steps. So, we were like, suuuuuuuuuuuure, everyone else is staying there, why not?

Our first room was on the 2nd floor. The beds were 2 twin beds. Ew. So we went back downstairs and requested a different room. We got one on the 6th floor. I took a shower, and turned on the tub faucets. I turned around to get undressed, and the water in the tub shut off, and the sink water came on. But then switched right back. I thought it was just an old building. The hotel burned down and rebuilt in like 1930 or something. Then when I was done in the shower, my friend came back from the store with my beverages. Just because I was underage, didn't mean I didn't drink hehe. She left me to go to the bar. I sat down in bed, and started watching tv, which kept getting static-y. I tried to call down to a friends room, to see if he wanted to hang with me (being the nerd I am, I was getting scared lol). The phone kept ringing busy.

Eventually I went to bed, but I kept getting woke up by a baby crying. Really faint cries, like if it was down the hall. In the morning my friend told me she woke up during the night and saw a figure standing between the two beds. When we went down for breakfast, the people in the restaurant told us about the basement ghost and the ghost that haunts the 6th floor. Nice. I guess it was even on Unsolved Mysteries once. Good to know after we already stayed.

HorseHawk owes me $100. If this message is still in my siggy, she hasn't paid up yet.
