Yes, founder looks like the whole pastern is depressed into the foot and the foot is totally getting squashed like a pancake. I wouldn't be surprised if there was laminitis in the front right.

Your lines are not bad at all, remembe that the "point of wither" isn't the "top of the wither". It's a bit lower to take into account the layers of tissue, skin, hair and mane. Your location is right, just come down a tad. Same with the point of the shoulder, it's not really on the outline of this horse. It's that knobby bone you can feel with the palm of your hand when you press on the base of the shoulder bone. Elbow = correct.
