Have him scoped for Ulcers as well. It's cheaper to have them scoped and treat if necessary than it is just to treat. If you want to get a clue about it go to SAM's or COSTCO or whatever you have near you and get a WHOLE bunch of ranitidine (generic zantac). You dose it a 300 mg per 100 lbs of horse. It's A LOT. Give it to him three times a day for several days and see if he cribs less. If he does then either scope to confirm the ulcers or treat with Gastroguard or Ulcergard.

Of course he could just be OCD and there is a hereditary component to cribbing. If he's new to your property it will probably be worse for awhile until he settles in. Stress is a major contributor.
