We do have a collar we only have it on him when we bring him in from the field. We do have hot wire, he was just floated 3 days ago, Doc said it was pretty bad. He is in a small pasture for another 2 weeks there is one post he can get to to crib but I notice he only cribs in the field very seldomly. He is out right now 24/7 until the weather changes as we are in MN but we do stall him to grain and groom. He takes a bite and cribs takes a bite and cribs, he does that with hay or grain. When we first put the collar on him he pouted I thought he was going to cry. He just stood there with his head down and looked like I had just banished him to the corner, bottom lip shaking.
