Now I wouldn't want you to do anything healthy with those dried apples, like snacking on them as fade suggested. I've never tried these but they sound really good. Fried apple pies.

You can also make fruit leather in a dehydrator. I don't have a recipe offhand, but you could Google it. Or it will be in the directions with the dehydrator.

The best way to keep apples for eating is in a root cellar. Take out any apples that have imperfections and store the rest in a cool, dry place, because no matter what Michael Jackson says, one bad apple DOES spoil the whole bunch.
