That's what we did with Ellie... I guess the stress of just being at the hospital messed with her too much. *shrug* Have you tried, crap, I can't remember the name of it... it's a daily additive that looks a little like bran... it's made for cows, but it kept my mare out of any noticeable cycle for 3 years.
