I'm with Louise-

Beg, borrow or steal (not literally) a trailer you can use to leave out in her pasture with her. Feed her in it every day, every time, for a few days or a week or however long it takes. If she's petrified of stepping int the trailer at first, start with the feed on the back half of it. Move it gradually forward. Talk to her, pet her, praise her, groom her while she eats in the trailer. MAke it her personal Mommy time with you.

Yes it will take a bit to get her with the program. Yes you will have to sacrifice time and energy. But in the long run, she'll load happily, calmly and with enthusiasm instead of fear. I'm also a big fan of making sure the trailer ALWAYS has a hay net in it with hay every time you trailer, even if it's only down to the end of the driveway and back. Food is a comfort point for everything- feel bad? Eat chocolate? Horse feels bad? Give them a treat.

My poor gelding was once trapped in atrailer and fell, yanking the slip knots so tight on his lead that we had to cut the rope to get it loose. He was freaked about the trailer for along while afterwards, and I finally couldn't stand him being afraid every time he had to walk past it, so I went through the whole training process again (this, incidentally, is how I trailer-train all my kids) and now he hops right into anything that resembles a trailer (or fire truck, or flat bed truck with a ramp for off-loading a lawnmower, etc) because it only means good things to him now.
