I joined a gym a month ago. My typical workout consists of :
30 minutes of cardio 6 days a week
Mon - Cardio/abs/arms
tues - Free weights / situps/crunchs/pushups
Weds - cardio/abs/legs
thurs- cardio/arms/back
fri-cardio/abs/circuit work
sat- cardio/legs/circuit work
sun - I rest =)

Every week I step up the level , add weight/speed etc... Im trying to loose weight an maybe not be so embarassed when I take my shirt off haha
