Done and done! After reading through that thread I was wondering if he might be level or even a bit uphill, so it's nice to hear that my eyeball isn't completely screwy. Even tense and worried, he reaches under himself beautifully and is very athletic indeed, and his gaits are amazing to ride. He is still moving 'up' and not 'out,' if that makes any sense, though, and I think he has the potential to move 'out' much more. In fact, he does so on a regular basis on the longe line...but tenses up into a little knot of anxiety as soon as a rider hits his back. Like I said...baby steps!

As for his right front foot, I can't tell if he's maybe standing on a rock...he is very slightly pigeon-toed on the right, so maybe that's what you're seeing? I have a fantastic farrier now who's doing some corrective trimming to try to even him out. Now I'm curious though and will check out that foot when I get to the barn tomorrow. *grin* Fresh eyes see things that fond ones don't, a lot of the time...
