You are getting some sound experience items from Morgan Guru so I won't touch on any of that. Glad you posted a summer picture because I was going to note that his lower legs looked very coarse for a Morgan.

This is an example of a horse where a number of things counter-act other things.

Shoulder slope is around 45 degrees, so neither upright nor laidback. The bad news is the shoulder angle is closed. The good news is that his humerus is a good length, about 60% of the length of the scapula. The bad news is that the slope of the humerus is rather flat which is what is closing the angle of the shoulder. He will be slightly challenged in reaching out in front.

He stands over more ground than he does air. When you look at the open space under his belly and between the front and rear legs you see more of a rectangle laying on its side, than a square. The good news is that this horse will never forge. The bad news is that his back length is short compared to his body length. His back is 27% of his overall body length. Typically Morgans have short backs anyway.

LS joint is fairly well placed and looks strong. Nice long forearm. Typical neck set for the breed.

I do have a concern about the degree to which his back is "let down". But that is my only real concern.
