Depending on what you are going for I think for the most part they just care that you have a degree...not what it was in or how long it took you. For example, I have a BA in Criminal Justice (took 5 years to graduate since I had to work full time - Dad was a deadbeat) (wanted to be a State Trooper)....and I work as an insurance producer now, go figure. But while I was working for another insurance company I got into a mangement program because I had a BA, whereas a co-worker of mine who had her associates in business was not able to get into the program....and they told her that was what was stopping her - the fact that she only had an associates & not a Bachelors.
