GM, nope, I'm in TN.

I do want to qualify that our "outdoor" cats maybe don't fit into what is generally thought of as "outdoors." We live in a neighborhood. No predators. We don't even have any mean dogs around. Our cats don't have to hunt...we feed them. They can usually be found in our garage, the barn, or sleeping on the driveway, porch, or car. When it's cold, we leave the garage door up just enough for them to come and go and they have beds, blankets, etc. in there.

I'm NOT saying that I'd force the kitty to be an outdoor cat if he loses eyesight in both eyes. But, so far, he goes outside long enough to use the bathroom and eat...then he sits at the door meowing to come back in. He can still see out of the one eye...but I'm not sure how well.
