The pics are too dark to really see much. But the saddle doesn't look like it fits that horse, it's really tilting forward even with the thickish pad.

The mare also has her head way up in the air and braced against the reins. Let out your reins and don't give her something to brace against. I have a feeling she's bracing because your hands are hard and not following the motion, but I can't be sure. Until then, just let them out and give her her head. If she relaxes and stops bracing, then you know that was the problem.

Good thing, your legs are nice and long and straight, well draped around the horse.
