I have been the person coming to collect my horses that way before. Our horses ran off in the middle of the night, ran down the very busy main street of the town I lived in, had to be herded by cop car into this poor old man's front yard that had a fence, and then the cops left them there. At 3 am. We woke up the next morning and frantically started looking for our 2 lost horses. Called AC, 911, everyone. No one could tell us where they were. Then my dad called the police station one last time, and they said that they had been caught that morning. They had travelled about 10 miles. We didn't have a trailer at the time, so my dad drove me over to the guy's house, and I rode my mare home bareback, with a halter, while ponying the other horse. God I was stupid. I was even in my jammies if I remember correctly.

What other people think of you is none of your business.
