Thins have been going well with the preparation for the next training day.
I was having a lot of difficulty getting her to canter on the right canter lead. I was not surprised with this as it is her stiffer side. Things I were doing were not working so I changed my approach a little. I have been riding her a lot straighter. I have be riding no circles at all, and just been turning corners on the forehand for my turns. This has been helping my inside leg to ouside rein. Which has really helped with getting the right canter lead.
Her canter is really unbalanced this way, in the beggining it felt disunited. I have had my saddle fitted and she has seen the massueur. Everything is fine.
Although over the last week the canter has gotten soo much better. So maybe it was just an unbalanced baby thing.
I am a little dissapointed because my lesson for next week got cancelled. Oh well, I guess I will just have to fumble along by myself for a bit longer.
I started riding my Clydie cross breaker last weekened. I started to break her in at the start of the year, but it just got to hard time wise. She was a very good girl. She is very different to this girl. She is much more forward, and sensitive. But she is really sweet. It is a shame she is so fugly I really like her. Some days I with I had her personality in this fillies body
