Measure the picture with a pencil or your fingers or something. His neck is the same length as his back. It does tie in a little higher than I personally like, but if you're not going for a low and slow horse, it's perfectly fine.

He's mostly balanced, drawing an imaginary trapezoid on his body. Shoulder could be a little less steep, but it's not terrible. He's a scootch long through the loin area but not so bad that he won't be able to collect up and do some flying changes for you. Nice face and clean throatlatch. I also really like how low to the ground his hocks are. I'll bet he's nice and deep behind.
I'll bet overall he's a better loper than he is a trotter, although he doesn't look like he'd bruise your ass at a jog, either.

Overall, not a bad looking guy, and I think if you get past some of the silly people, you'd find that most of us are of the opinion that not all foundation horses are bad, but not all of them are good, and they do kind of have the reputation of attracting silly taco-hat people who don't know jack @#%$ about breeding for anything good.
