Blue, brie, Gouda....
Best blue cheesey thing to do.. equal parts of Blue and real butter mashed together with a dash of Werchestershire sauce and spread on fresh clean celery!! OR take that same mixture and make Beef wellington with it instead of the mushroom.. .FABULUOS!!!!!
Also .... for Brie ... warm in oven top with some fig jam after... crackers omg good. Oh and I tried it with a mix of horseradish sauce and dejon mustart the other day .. was so good .. Now I have savory brie and sweet brie.
No wonder I am fluffy.
