Well I have acquired 3 dogs in my lifetime. The first was a sever neglect case and we actually stole him out of their backyard (screw authorities). So he obviously had training issues like pottying mainly. And pretty bad seperation anxiety. But he's gone now

So now I have 2, a shepherd mix and a husky mix. Both 2.5-3 years old now. I got the shepherd mix when she was 6 months old out of a huge shelter. They said they picked her up off the streets of Cleveland so she had absolutely NO training. She would just run amok and piddle wherever/whenever/as she was walking around. haha! I believed them that she was a street dog at that moment. But thankfully she was super easy to train. The husky I got last year and he was around 2 years old. He was the exact opposite. Calm and collected but very fun! Nobody taught him not to jump on people though. That is one of my pet peeves and would add that to your list of things they should train the puppy as general knowledge!
