This is what I've always thought.

Her temperament is a bit "much" for a small kid -- plus I don't know how she would ride... flat back and all LOL. I don't think anyone over 100 lbs would be good for her though, so I'm not sure about 4H... The kid would have to be very very confident and experienced I think.

She is curious about things ... something will spook her and her first reaction immediately after the spook is to go right up and touch the object with her nose. It's a riot! When I'm leading her on walks she tends to want to get all over me for protection... she would like to jump up in my arms like a yorkie!

With the right person I bet she'd be super. Doing much beyond the basics is over my head though. I'm waiting for the right person to help me out.

I would love to get her pulling a cart though.
