I think I will do western as it will be easier for me. I dont think I wanna run around the show ring in breeches lol.

2. I think bringing a horse down has benefits. Not all horses. But some. Oliver displayed a lot of Stud behavior, screaming, calling, pity parties, stomping, pushy etc. and I did put him to ground. Our lives have been much happier since. I didnt do the "Tap" I did it the old way leg up, head turned and pull. I got a work out. I do have experiance doing it so.... But I dont think EVERY horse needs it.

3. Cribber. Tiger is like a mad man with it. I got a pacifier for his stall. (A toy) and sprayed everything down with no chew seems to help in the barn but he will crib on ANYTHING even metal poles and in this cold I worry he will get stuck to it lol.

4. I am changing to Pruina Ultima, garlic powder, Soy Oil, Digest Aid, Alfalfa on the barn and free choice orchard in the pasture. Im upping his grain and wewill see what happens. He is getting a total exam in 2 weeks and will be floated if needed. We are having a vet clinic and a bunch of us are doing our shots, teeth, coggins all that stuff together to get a discount.

5. What do you use for bedding? Right now we have the rubbermats... 3-4 inches of shavings and then I like to spread 3 flakes of straw on top. Oliver like to lay down so I want deep bedding. I take all the straw out every 2 days and the shavings every Sunday.

6. What is the single most important piece of tack or equipment you own and why? My clicker. It makes it easy to reward good behavior. Least for Oliver. Tiger could give a shit about it.
