I truly believe that until it DOES the various disciplines will just keep dancing down the roads they're on. The bloodlines won't really change enough as an industry to matter as far as the inbreeding thing goes. Unfortunately, it's like you said, the trainers are better, the horses are better and everything would have to line up just right for that fluke to get an honest shake to even be trained let alone compete and then win.
