I've been in very regular contact with TWO foundation QH registries for quite a few years because they are clients of mine. They aren't going to change anything as of this date; they have strong beliefs and are not willing to stray from those beliefs, including their stance on HERDA and the exclusion of Impressive bloodlines from eligibility for registration. One in particular absolutely despises TB blood or any horse that appears to look like a TB or Impressive bred horse.

Which two do you do work for? I dont see where legally, they could really do anything about Poco Bueno and HERDA just yet.
AQHA really isnt doing anything yet either. They cant untill all their duckies are in a row and research is more completed.
I think all any of them can do at this point is make they members aware, and encourage testing.
As far as the Impressive goes
1)
National Foundation QH Assoc.
( it's the one ran through AQHA )
Takes Impressive horses as long as they are marked N/N through AQHA & their TB % doesn't knock them out.
