I have no issue whatsoever with Impressive himself.

I DO, however, have a problem with the faults FTFOTB described. I don't think Impressive himself is all-the-way to blame for that (besides, of course, the HYPP), but I DO think that people have bred FOR these traits (whether it was on purpose or inadvertantly), and that's what give halter horses in general a bad name.

I have seen some horses with Impressive in their lineage that are crossed on other things that are good horses.

I personally recall noticing it the most with Kid Clu. NASTY front legs on that horse. Horrible.

Ironically, I've heard from more than one source that the Kid Clu's can be cowy S.O.B.s... but how do you harness that?
