He has kind of a nest - not sure he'd be able to get that perfect neck arch required for dressage. He's a little toed out and weaker in the flank than I'd like, given the rest of his muscling. His hocks are reasonable but he's not ideal in terms of shoulder angle and leg length. Still, he has a nice topline and proportionate head. I don't see dressage superstar, but nor do I see any reason why he couldn't be fun at introductory levels (barring a huge must-win-always ego, lol.) Of course, there's more to being a dressage horse than conformation. Try it some and let HIM tell you if he has the aptitude required.

I think most horses could benefit from doing some dressage work in terms of developing proper responsiveness and whatnot. However, I think he'd be much better in the hunter/jumper ring than in eventing.
