He's a registered Foundation stallion. Granted, he's not 100%, but they don't have to be to be registered as a Foundation bred horse.

The Super Champions of today in AQHA are not AAA rated on the track like the AQHA Champions of years ago are they? Times have changed, there are several builds of Quarter Horses that represent them now. It's the best looking Foundation bred ones that represent the ones that were meant to do it all, not necessarily great, but pretty darn good. And they're not all Fugly.:)
