Well you only piss out what your body doesn't need. If you are insufficient in a vitamin ( let's say CALCIUM! : ) ) Your body will use it. Let's face it, NONE of us eat and drink all the vitamins we need to stay as healthy as we could. Can never get too many Omega-3's (as they reduce the risk of heart disease, stimulate blood circulation and reduce blood pressure and seem to reduce the risks of both prostrate and breast cancer)-well actually you CAN get too much, but not from just taking vitamins, hardly anyone gets the sufficient daily dose of calcium (which is why women are susceptible to bone loss as they age), and we rarely ever get the recommended amount from fresh fruits and veggies. So, while our bodies might piss away what we don't need, it still uses what we do need.
