Hmmm this is what I was looking for! Anyhow, my story is animal related. I used to have a rottweiler who was trained in schutzhund (German police dog stuff to generalize). Anyhow, he was the type of dog that would NEVER bark. If someone came to the door he just stayed by me and watched whoever was there very closely. All in all, he was the most well trained dog I have ever own (a lot of times these dogs will sell from $5000 to $10000 depending on their training...luckily I was able to find him for much cheaper because the guy who owned him was getting a divorce and that dog was specifically his wife's and she wanted nothing to do with it anymore...sad, and I digress). Well, he used to sleep in the living room, and about 1am in morning, I woke up to him barking like crazy! I was thinking to myself someone was trying to break in or something. Terrified, I went into the living room and he was just staring at the front door barking like a mad dog! Holy shit! I got brave enough to look out the front window, nothing was there. Hmmm. I then took my dog into my bedroom with me, locked the door and fell back asleep. About 2 am my dog woke me again, barking his head off AT MY BEDROOM DOOR! Agh! I was so terrified I could hardly move! Then my dog started whining while staring at my door. I called my grandfather who lived next door and told him something was in my house. He comes over with a shotgun (lol) and searches the front and back yards and my house with me. Nothing. That house I believe was very truly haunted. That was just one of the scarier moments. When I was moving in to the house (my grandfather owns it) I was cleaning it out to get ready to move my stuff in. A telephone, unplugged, with the cord wrapped around it suddenly started ringing (also there was no phone service to the house at that time, or even electricity). I about shit my pants, ran next door to my grandparent's and told them. They just shrugged it off and said that a ghost could hurt you and that I should've answered it! Nah, don't think so.
