What does your sister think?
Truthfully, Arabians aren't some other species - they are horses. They are very smart, very sensitive, and often form a bond with a certain person, but the basic training is the same. Your sister ought to have some 'feel' about this horse.... is he actually crazy, or does she think that maybe he's lacking somewhere in his training?

(I have actually known of another horse, who was an unapologetic bucker, and the owners sold her to as a bucking horse to a rodeo string. That may also be an option.)

Yeah, I definitly love my arabs (I really love the typical arab spunk and intelligence, my horse is amazingly intelligent), but my sister HATES them, passionately. I think her advice would basicly be ditch him wherever you can... Honestly, I'm not the biggest fan of her views on horses, but she has connections w/ other trainers and is a decent enough rider. His 'crazyness' (i hate refering to him as crazy, he just needs work, which i now can't do) is just in his unpredictability. He is overly bonded to me, and is scared of most other people, I was a really confident rider, and gave him the direction he needed, I made sooo much progress with him, but it is his occasional freak outs that scare me, I've never seen a horse that would flip as fast and randomly as he does.
