A diagram of the horse's back so you can see what they are talking about. A weak loin is systematic of a long back or poorly conformed HQ. The horse isn't using the muscling there to support himself. So it will dip or stay flat. But you want more of a soft upwardly round look. (no deviation from back to croup, in other words)
