Ring bone can be managed, as long as she is comfortable and not completely lame. Your farrier may be able to assist her with special shoes, etc. I don't have much experience with ring bone.

Locking stifle is usually not painful, but it does exactly what it says, the stifle 'locks' into place and sometimes clicks as it releases or just doesn't allow the horse to take a long stride. Glucosamine supplements (I think) can help.

Being pregnant certainly isn't doing the ring bone or the stifle any favors, but you could definitely help to ensure that she is more comfortable.
