Flat work: 3 loop serpentines walk and trot . Great way to get them bending and using all their muscles !

Well crap, I am totally under-doing my hill work! lol. I get him up and down 5 times and think he must be tired. And I've been lax on my spirals too lately. Replaced with learning hanches in. I need to mix it up more.

Also for hills, getting them to stretch is important and use their back, swinging freely. That's why it's something best to start out with long lining without the weight of a rider.
