I think your mare may be lame in her left hind...... unless it's the gaited horse thing, but she seems very stiff on it, and collapsed a bit on that leg when you asked for the canter departure. right around 1.41. you also need to move her forward for the rollback, don't load her onto her hind end to ask for a roll back as that causes the pop up you got. you need to push her forward into the turn, and work on bending her . Move her shoulder, move her hip, then move her ribcage, once you can move all her pieces seperately then start working on a rollback.
A proper spin is a forward motion, like a shoulder yield really, and a rollback is an extension to the spin.
