Also, Sonnet. . . the one side of your body going numb thing is a circulation problem. You are probably crossing body parts at some point which is cutting off a bit of circulation, causing that numb feeling. For example: I can't sit cross legged or the bottom leg goes numb from where the other leg touches it down to my tippy toes. If I fall asleep with my head on my arm, I wake up with a numb hand. How to improve it? No clue, because I am still numb half the time!
