Yeah sorry Snap but I was absolutely rude and mean. You don't take a dozer and start knocking down trees without the owner's permission. Ask your parents how fast they would of reacted if someone started taking out any parts of their property without talking to them first. It was also 9 pm, little late to start bulldozing don't you think? An easement means you get to use the property as agreed upon, it doesn't mean you get to do whatever you want.

Anyway, the agreement states very black and white NO MOTOR VEHICLES, HORSES ONLY so he already went against anything we had agreed upon. And my question again, WHY does he need a trail to OUR property? It's not like once he got to the bottom of the hill he'd be on a road, he'd would be at my barn and pastures.

I am absolutely pissed and would like to get this easement canceled, we have never used it not once. Plus this is another whole story in itself but it looks like (by the county's website) that part of their HOUSE is actually on our property. We're going to get a surveyor out when we can afford it and find out for sure.
