NG, you're also right. If he had come to us first and said that he had a dozer and would we like him to clear that trail there is a good chance we would of said sure but to all of a sudden find a dozer on your property knocking shit down is a little upsetting. Here's a pic from the road, all those trees are our property, the trail that goes up starts to the right side of the barn. You can't even see their house because it's way at the top behind all our trees, we have about 7 acres of that hill. You can also see there is no need for him to have access to us.
