There's been a few threads on this topic, and I've gone through many bits with my low palate horse trying to find one that worked.

I found 2 that worked okay, but none that worked well. Gave up in the end. I can see the point of continuing if you want to show or be able to resell the horse, b/c as we all know, bitless horses tend to be passed over.

All I can give is what my low-palate horse found tolerable. I don't show and I'm never selling, so going bitless wasn't a big deal. I know it's not lack of training on my horse's part b/c she goes very well in just about anything that doesn't require metal in her mouth.
