That's a good point about the chiro. My trainer's been working with horses for about 20 years and has never encountered a puller, so he wasn't sure how to go about it. But, he has been careful about tying him. We only tie him when we absolutely have to (like at the trailer), and we keep him tied loosely when we do. I actually have this nifty little tie thingy (it's not a tie blocker exactly...it's hard to explain), but it works sort like the tie blocker. Depending on how you run the rope through it, you can either tie them "hard" so the rope won't slide, or tie it so it will slide some when they pull so they don't flip out. I've never had to use it, but I got it as a just in case type of thing.
