The first 6 weeks after having a baby is major hormonal change in the mother. It's NORMAL to feel overwhelmed, moody, sad, needy etc. When your partner is not there for you it makes it 100 times worse. The thought of leaving what you know and starting all over right after having a baby is overwhelming and almost unthinkable.

You should PM JenniLynn. She had almost this same situation after having her son and DID move far away. I bet she would tell you how hard it was BUT how much less stressed she feels now.

Your BF is abandoning you when you need him the most and although I know it's hard I agree that you should either move or kick him out. Don't let him rule your life and how you feel, take the reins back! Take your power back, right now you've given him ALL your power and he knows it. If you guys are meant to be then you WILL be together, I promise you that. Even 1,000 miles away he will come back to you if he really truly loves you.

I divorced my husband about a year after having my second son and moved on. Started dating someone else even. He realized what he lost, cleaned up his act and came back begging ME to take him back. We have now been back together for 5 yrs and expecting our third child. Take your power back.
