Depends. If I can tell that they aren't TS or Ariat breeches, then I tend to look down on the rider, but if they look the same then I don't pay any attention. I do pay more attention to saddle brands, and if you have a lesser quality saddle I do tend to notice. Breeds, well, see my above post. And TBs, depending on the horse, I do think less of people with TBs. I don't mean the ones that look just like WBs, or ones that look like more refined WBs, but the ones that look like skinny, frail TBs that go batshit in the ring and look generally unpleasant.
ETA: Drafts and DraftXs. Hate the clunky buggers. Also, I'm not a fan of Arabs. Or any of the funky breeds like Fjord, Friesians, or any gaited horse.
