I like to say "toes up" as opposed to "heels down".



I was going to mention this as well. For years people were telling me to put my heels down when they were so down that it hurt. The real problem was that I had my knees jacked up to my chin. Toes up wouldn't have helped me, either. Nothing worked until I got to my current trainer and she got after me to push my KNEES down and drop my whole leg.
