Better than it used to be! My skin's gotten worse. I drink a glass of milk and 2 bagels for breakfast, eat a late lunch with a small tupperware of leftover (usually pasta), a yoghurt, and a bowl of peaches, and then whatever we find for dinner. Often some sort of meat on the grill. Lately it's been pork and chicken. I haven't had fried, oily, or greasy food in goodness knows how long.
