Nope, not a liar. I never denied correcting her for trying to take a chunk out of me with her teeth. I'll yank and snarl at any horse who tries to bite me.

So, where's the lie?

*yawn* you just get a kick out of calling everybody a liar

Ai, but she must have had some sort of reason in her head to want to take a chunk out of you. That's the part that I find curious.

As I've said before.. I have NEVER had a horse act maliciously towards me.

It's documented in my training log which is posted on this board. She went out for training, was the alpha mare in her herd at the trainers, came back and got seriously beat up by my REAL alpha mare when she wanted to continue in the alpha role, and repeatedly challenged my REAL alpha mare and was continually put in her place, and I got a bit soft on her out of compassion when my herd ostracized her so she used that opportunity to challenge me. Not rocket science, and not an unusual situation. I took over and re-established myself as alpha with both mares and then everything was fine.

~dies laughing.. just dies laughing~

You talk like a character out of a HORRIBLY written wannabe cowboy book. She was not "challenging you." She was behaving like a resentful horse that does not particularly like or respect you.
And darling.. you're not their "alpha." As much as people like to sling that phrase around about horses.. it doesn't mean a damned thing when it comes down to it. Unless you are out in that "herd" every day.. leading them to the watering hole, telling them where to graze, warning them of danger, chosing the best grazing spots for yourself, the best shade spots for yourself.. etc.. those horses do not consider you their "herd alpha." You may be "jefe" when you're handling them... but that doesn't make you the herd bitch.

But, I guess that people like you use those terms because they make you feel big and bad. You sound like Cleve Wells.
