It totally depends on the day, Apples! Some days I sit quite a bit, some days I'm running around building computers or fixing printers or networking. I would love one, I've heard they're amazing for your back, but since I've had three knee reconstructions and have advanced osteoarthritis in that knee, I got nixed on one by my orthopedist.

I've slowly been doing more yoga stretches as I get back in shape, and I think I'll redouble my efforts. That, the hip stretching, and the ab-flexing, and trying to find an affordable massage...it's an awesome place to start.

....maybe I'll just ride the sitting trot forever. Sigh. You know it's bad when the SITTING trot on your bouncy little Morgan is your comfort zone! Problem is, he always thinks I'm about to ask for canter. I'm guessing there's not a lot of sitting trot in saddleseat!
