thanks everyone-low carb dieting always helped me lose weight before, but I always seemed to gain it back when not sticking to the regimen! I guess that is why it worked! My periods are usually fairly regular as long as I stay active, but will halt for months if I become a couch potato! No one but my Mom, Gramma, & BF knows, but I am getting laser hair removal for some of the unwanted hair!
My metabolic were off last year when they tested-good cholesterol was really high & Tri glycerides and they recommended fish oil pills & of course, I didn't go back & retest after 3 months because I simply wasn't aware of how much of my body was affected by this!!! I've tried sticking with the heart healty low fat diet but figured if I couldn't lose weight with-why stick to it!!! I'm not diabetic yet-thank goodness, but if I can't shake some pounds I will be! I feel tired & down a good percent of the time and if it weren't for horses I'd probably be on anti-depressants!!!

Okay-very serious about that appointment now! And going Low carb again!! Hopefully EVA will comment.
