First, I have to thank you women here for this topic, in fact I read a topic about it before and it opened my eyes amazingly to women I've known in my past. Second, it threw up MANY red flags to me about my young niece.

And then, my mother in law called me about two months ago about my niece (I have a, honestly, freaky ability in diagnosis's in things). My MIL told me a few additional things about my niece and my first words were "have them test her for PCOD".

Just two days ago my MIL called me, my nice HAS been diagnosed with this, the family is going to need a LOT of help, guidance for her. I want the BEST for her, hoping some of you can help out in this.

This young girl is 14, INCREDIBLY bright, a wonderful young woman and now is REALLY going to need help/mentors.

She's been diagnosed also as "pre-diabetic"

She and I are BOTH going to need help, I'm not close personally with her, but want the absolute best for her, and the best knowledge for her family to help through this, she is such a wonderful girl and deserves the BEST.

I'll be bumping this thread, sending her dad and her grandma to read it as soon as possible.

Again, thank you again for the information, hoping this will help our Sammy.
