The pasture she is one right now is about 5 acres, very good grass (not sure what kind though) and some clover and there are about 4 other horses out with them. It is not fertilized, but the BO does spray for weeds occasionally.

Yes, the bottom picture her feet are very long. The top pictures are where we are at now, and I can upload pictures from Friday when the new farrier trimmed her. Her feet are much more horse like than most mules (much to my dismay), but now that we know how to trim them, I think they will continue to grow out with better angles.

A dry lot is not possible at my current barn. The best I could possibly do at this barn is keep her in a run in shed with soaked hay during the day and let her graze in a small pasture over night. But thats if the BO will agree to let me use that pasture. I am not sure he will.
